Keto Eggie Breakfast Loaves
Serves: 8

Ingredients
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced green peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 container Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Patties (pre-cooked)
  • 3.5 TBSP butter
* I used a mini loaf pan with 8 loaves on it.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400C. 
  2. Evenly distribute the vegetables and meat into the 8 sections.
  3. Whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper as preferred.
  4. Divide egg evenly into each loaf pan.
  5. Use a fork or other utensil to mix together.
  6. Thinly slice the tablespoons of butter and put 1-2 thin slices on each loaf.
  7. Put the pan on a baking sheet to stop overflow of butter and/or egg.
  8. Put in the oven.
  9. Cook until the eggs are cooked through. About 15-20 minutes depending on the oven.
