Keto Eggie Breakfast Loaves

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced green peppers
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 3/4 container Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Patties (pre-cooked)
- 3.5 TBSP butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400C.
- Evenly distribute the vegetables and meat into the 8 sections.
- Whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper as preferred.
- Divide egg evenly into each loaf pan.
- Use a fork or other utensil to mix together.
- Thinly slice the tablespoons of butter and put 1-2 thin slices on each loaf.
- Put the pan on a baking sheet to stop overflow of butter and/or egg.
- Put in the oven.
- Cook until the eggs are cooked through. About 15-20 minutes depending on the oven.
